I worked for 5 years without a vacation or sick day. That is what I thought success was about. It led me to a dark place in life.
We have to reframe the "work hard & you will find success" fallacy. It's just not true & I can prove it. We give away time to people who aren't concerned with what is important to us. This is where we start. By reclaiming our time.

Life lessons come from the most unexpected places & people sometimes. After 15 years in corporate & 20 years in sales 7 sales training, I started my own coaching business. I was terrified!
One year later, I had to learn that all of my corporate training would not serve me during this phase in life. My son was diagnosed with a life threatening disease & my world was turned upside down. I wasn't able to hustle my way out of this one.
My son won his battle & is a healthy & thriving young man. However, I think I learned more in those 3 years than my previous 45 years.
You never know how important time is until it's taken from you. When life happens, what are you willing to do? I was willing to do everything I could to reclaim the time with the people I love the most. Proudly, I did just that.
Today, I help people learn this life saving lessons without the trauma of a life threatening situation. We choose to be the owners of our time, money & destiny. I'm glad you are here! I will serve at my highest level.

Why I Do It
Short answer...time & money. That's why we do anything in business if you think about it. I'm no different.
The longer version is that I am tired of good people, good leaders & good entrepreneurs getting burned out & not living up to their legacy because of things that we can prevent IF we think a little differently. My purpose is to protect the innovators, thought leaders & true needle-movers so that the next generation has a better template to work from than we had. I may not change the world you work in, but I will change the world our kids work in. I have to!
